Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first level maintenance support to merchants when they are experiencing technical issues. Actively manage and take ownership of complaints to ensure the best possible outcome.
- Provide customer service support by answering on customers calls and handling related claims.
- Support in the coordination of the ATMs installations and deinstallations.
- Coordinate with internal centralized and local support teams, sites, and external providers.
- Fulfill back office and reporting duties.
- Develop knowledge to a level that requires no scripted answers and apply a comprehensive understanding of the Helpdesk operation.
- Follow company processes and procedures on a day-to-day basis.
- Build positive working relationships with external providers.
- Ensure ATMs are maintained and proactively monitored.
- Create and handle incoming service orders.
- Adapt to changes and new policies and procedures within the business showing a positive and collaborative attitude.
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical Educational background.
- Ideally one (1) years’ experience in Customer Service with problem solving, telephone support and complaints handling in an international organization.
- Ability to complete technical training and have the ability to communicate it back to a customer at an appropriate level of understanding.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Must have legal right to work in the EU.
- A good knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Understanding on how to deliver first class customer service.
