Hands-on Data Architect/Engineer
LOLLAPALOOZA, France

As a hands-on data architect/engineer, you are responsible for collecting, understanding, analyzing and managing business data at a practical level. In addition, you lay the foundation for the future of data in our organization at a strategic level. You work closely with internal stakeholders and data partners to ensure that the quality of our data is assured and that data can flow smoothly from A to B. You contribute to a vision that fits into the broader strategic framework of our business.

• You consult with internal stakeholders to collect, analyze and manage company data and participate in a process to ensure the quality of our data.
• You standardize different data models to optimize data flow, develop a data collection and linking plan and help implement it.
• You improve the quality of data for various campaigns for our fans.
• You help to shape the image we need to sustainably develop our fan base.
• You support the development of important projects, such as consent management and customer segmentation.
• In this way, you help lay the foundation for more personalized content and create the ultimate experience for our fans.
• You coordinate all of this with our data partners and work in the field to achieve all of the above.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience: you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. You have knowledge and experience with the AWS ecosystem, and Python in particular.
• Analytical: You have an analytical mindset and can navigate a challenging data environment in an organization that operates across a wide range of industries.
• Strategic knowledge: you can and dare to DREAM about the potential that a solid knowledge of our fans can mean for our organization.
• Results-oriented entrepreneurship and enthusiasm - You have DRIVE. You know how to mobilize our busy teams with your communication skills. You are a DOER, which allows you to drive projects to completion.
