Job Description

SKEEPERS, one of the hottest SaaS companies in the Martech industry (with a portfolio of great products including influencer marketing, ratings and reviews (Avis-Verifies) live shopping, UGC) space is looking for a top-notch Head of Growth Marketing to build and manage our demand generation marketing strategy and team, key to the growth of our company.

As the Head of Growth marketing, you will oversee and optimize all our acquisition channels globally from Digital (SEO, SEM, display, Social, email) to Field Marketing and ABM. You will be responsible and accountable for driving marketing sourced and influenced pipeline to contribute to SKEEPERS business growth in all our regions (EU and NA) working hand in hand with both sales and your central marketing team counterparts.

Reporting to the CMO, you will define strategies and scalable programs to drive high performance acquisition and conversion for both SMB and MidMarket in our different industries aligned to our GTM.

You will map and understand our customer/prospect buyers’ journey in order to develop a high performing funnel, with optimized ROI.

Working hand in hand with our sales teams, marketing operations and other marketing teams you will translate our business needs and plan into an actionable demand generation marketing plan, driving for results. You will provide strategic leadership guidance as a member of our local management team, with a whole-of-business perspective. You will drive and monitoring the Marketing growth performance.

You will Lead, hire, and develop talent, careers, and culture of a full-funnel growth marketing team, with an eye towards building a highly effective team with scalable processes. Team of 10, including: digital acquisition (SEM, SEO, display, email, social) Field Marketing and events, and ABM Marketing.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You have a great track record of driving high performance teams with at least 10+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation /Growth marketing in a management position.
  • Proven growth marketing achievements contributing to the success of the business, backed up with numbers.
  • Experience in developing, managing and executing multi-channel acquisition and conversion programs and instrumenting an end-to-end pipeline funnel (i.e. attracting prospects, accelerating pipeline and driving conversion), preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Capacity to understand buyer personas in different segments (SMB, MM and Enterprise) and develop a relevant buyer journey mapping and implementing key touch points from top to bottom of funnel.
  • Analyzing gaps in the buyer journey (top, mid, and bottom funnel) and identifying the necessary assets, content, and programs in collaboration with product, sales and field events.
  • Knowledge and experience, of developing integrated marketing campaign frameworks deploying the right content and other channels at each stage of the journey.
  • Capacity to understand the market, competition, trends and opportunities, size TAM, and develop the relevant marketing plan to drive sustainable growth driven by the marketing function.
  • Experience deploying successful ABM plans, working hand in hand with sales.
  • Facility to build strong relationships with sales leaders, and BDRs to work as one team developing joint process and SLAs.
  • Create the foundations for and drive an effective lead nurturing programme, predominantly using our own channels
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze performance based on data, and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills) and then apply these to future programs.
  • Strong understanding of the needed techstack to drive marketing efficiencies.
  • Hands-on experience of digital acquisition and understanding of market trends (SEO, SEM, display, social email marketing) in a multi-segment and multiproduct environment.
  • Capacity to define and drive KPIs, evaluating campaign performance and measuring success across all stages of the buyer journey.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Has implemented creative growth hacking programs.
  • At easy working in an international set up and managing remote teams.
  • Fluent English

  • Have French fluency.
  • Experience implementing Forrester/Sirius Decisions frameworks, or other marketing top standard programs.
