The Essence of The Role
We are seeking a product manager to help us develop our campaigns tools, enabling our clients to send massive communication campaigns either transactional or marketing.
You will envision, build amp; scale one of the areas of our campaign flow. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our current process and tools, migrating to new process and phase out by defining end of product life cycle.
Our office is in Paris, France and we would like to have you there. Nevertheless our tech team is in Bordeaux, you are going to have meetings in person, so it is important to be open to move or travel there sometimes.

As our new Product Manager you will:-
- Be part of a distributed team which works solving requirements to send massive transactional and marketing campaigns.
- Be responsible for consolidating part of our campaigns platforms across the globe into one scalable solution that works within multiple markets and regions. Finding creative solutions to migrate current functionalities into our consolidated global structure.
- Work closely with other products and correlated areas, integrating our solutions to offer our clients an end-to-end solution.
- Integrate our systems with marketing solutions to manage audiences and channels connectivity.
- Evolve our rich messaging capabilities according to the own channel evolution (I.e., WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, etc). Generating significant data to our customers to let them understand their ROI, engagement, and key campaigns metrics.
- Be responsible for handling requirements amp; changes to our current systems, govern the new requirements, priorities them based on business values with the long-term goal.
In order to contribute to this role, you:
Are likely well versed in industry standard methodologies and latest technologies with regards to cloud-based and on-prem software. You have a combination of creative product thinking, collaborative mentality, an appetite for learning and thoughtful use of data to build an outstanding experience for our customers. You have an entrepreneurial attitude, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment adapting to market changes and willing to make things happen across multiple teams within a complex scenario.
Minimum requirements:
- Extensive experience in product management, desired previous knowledge on conversational channels (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, etc).
- Experience in managing products with high volume of information.
- Experience in building and designing complex software flows and understanding cross functional implications (product, legal, finance, analytics etc.)
- Desired to have knowledge of campaigns tools, audience management, A/B testing.
- Desired strong technical background as a developer or architect or similar area from a tech company and digital products.
- A curiosity and are data-driven with the ability to develop and defend strong points-of-view with data and analytics
- Able to articulate and present to different working levels across the organization from management to the engineers
- Ability to break down complex requirements and simplify them for customer adaptation
- Experience with agile development and methodologies
