Job Description

The role includes HR Generalist activities applied to the population employed by A2MAC1 in Hary to support business and operational strategies and objectives, by planning, implementing HR policies, programs, and practices in alignment with local law and Group policies.


The role is a key player in enhancing company and division culture as well as employee engagement.

Contribute and act as a key member of site Management team:

  • Contribute in a manner that supports achieving overall business and organizational objectives integrating individual or team specificities and expectations.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Hary’s business needs to develop strategies and action plans accordingly.
  • Act as a facilitator and coach for local’s management team, providing feedback and support to peers and Director.
  • Together with business leaders, anticipate turnover concerns or organization evolution and work on the appropriate plan of action

Deploy consistently Human Resources programs and policies according to Group guidelines:

  • Ensure that programs/policies are fully communicated to management and effectively rolled out.
  • mplement, coordinate, and maintain policies and procedures related to recruitment, employment, labor relations, wage and benefit administration, safety, worker’s compensation and training.

Recruitment amp; Induction

  • Work out HR planning/headcount forecast to fulfill business requirements.
  • Deploy action plan to recruit,
  • Follow recruitment process with different stakeholder
  • Ensures induction organization and follow-up for newcomers according to the profile and needs

Talent Management and Development:

  • Build talent pipeline through actively getting-to-know, promoting and exposing local talents.
  • Implement and drive effective staffing initiatives.
  • Deploy key initiatives that support retention targets.
  • Performance Management process.

Training and Internal Communications:

  • Manage and deploy key internal communication initiatives with a view to developing employee engagement. Specific focus on change management.
  • Define training plans in alignment with business requirements and Training Needs Analysis.
  • Deployment of annual training plans at country level.
  • Initiate and implement specific training or team building actions.

Reports and Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and maintain accurate data related to Human Resource indicators
  • Ensure all data are 100% correct and updated timely on HR Tools and Systems as required.

Industrial Relations:

  • Support HR EMEA to manage relations with the work council and negotiation with unions.

Requirements

Professional Background

· Minimum Bachelor degree, Human Resources management or relevant;

· 3-5 years’ experience as HR Manager;


Skills amp; Abilities

· Familiar with HR all functions;

· Well understanding of Labor Law and local personnel and labor regulations;

· Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· Reading, understanding and speaking English would be a plus
