We are looking for an Immigration amp; Mobility Specialist to support our live events and festival teams. In this role, you will partner with key business stakeholders throughout the organization, our HR team, and external partners to implement global entry processes and secure global visas for our internal employees and external participants in our live events and festivals.
To be successful, you will bring a deeply analytical and process-oriented mindset and have Global Mobility or Global Immigration experience preferably in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to think strategically, but also an enthusiasm for rolling up your sleeves and executing tactically. This a remote role and we are a distributed team. The ideal candidate for this position will reside in Europe.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a PoC and provide advice to HRBPs and internal stakeholders across the organization for our global live events and festivals within all global regions.
- Assist with global immigration processes for our global live events and festivals within all global regions for our internal employees and external parties.
- Assist with other support services as required.
- Draft immigration support letters, business visa applications, and related documents for our global live events and festivals for all global regions.
- Ensure effective communication and expectations are set with internal parties and external stakeholders.
- Maintain immigration and internal platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in roles related to global business visas and entry permits in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing to deliver on the roles’ objectives
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Affinity for esports and gaming a plus.
