As we are building our Enterprise team, we are looking for a rockstar intern to help us move upmarket
It is a key stake for Alan as we are putting increased efforts in offering the best health coverage to some of the largest companies operating in France.
Strengthening this segment is a key step in Alan’s growth and will allow us to have greater impact on health offering our innovative services to large numbers of members.
You will work closely with a team of 3 Account Executives in generating new business by qualifying leads, driving various outbound campaigns and supporting them in their opportunities.
You will also participate to structure our approach for large companies (with +500 employees; French Market) at Alan!
You will be responsible for:- Generating Leads: own a pipe of leads and define the prospection strategy.- Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart amp; Soft selling method: this method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.- Account mapping: putting a strong focus on mapping the companies, to make sure we have the right approach. You will work closely with a team of 3 senior Account Executive in this.- Tender management and RFP Library/Toolkit: orchestration of the tender answer with a dedicated taskforce (ops, marketing, pre-sales, sales, top management)- Process Scaling: audit of existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework.), identification of improvement areas- Ad-hoc analysis: (Go to Market Strategy): along with the crew lead or the Business Segment Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (Unions market in France, brokers market)- Recurring tasks: Coordinating the weekly interna
