Sinch Email is hiring a Senior Software Developer to join our Email Editor team. We are looking for someone capable of working on the frontend and backend.
The team’s missions are to run this product in multiple applications, develop new features and continue to scale our applications for a global market. Our ideal candidate is a software engineer with a passion for learning and growing as a developer and a person as well as developing end-to-end software at scale!
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in developer tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) systems;
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices amp; standard methodologies for the full software development process;
- Implication in the reduction of technical debt by writing clean, simple code and develop the critical services and documentation;
- A willingness to challenge the engineering and product teams in order to find the best solution possible;
- Eagerness to proactively share ideas with the goal of improving the codebase but also the product;
- Capable of writing technical stories and prototyping solutions to settle feasibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years practical software development experience in building large-scale distributed web-based applications;
- Proficient in React and a backend language preferably Go;
- Experience building RESTful web services and delivering solutions through a CI/CD pipeline;
Preferred
- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js;
- Proficient in Go;
- Experience with SQL databases;
- Knowledge of security vulnerabilities.
