The Veepee Group operates, additionally to its historical flash sales activity, a marketplace channel open to brands and retailers willing to list and sell their products on the Veepee Group websites. In order to help our websites scale to their full potential by centralizing and managing daily technical support, we are looking for a Central Support agent for our European activity.
Your missions :- Provide fast and useful support to the marketplace teams and to the connected sellers on a daily basis by managing, categorizing and finding solutions to the tickets via the internal tool (FreshDesk), while closely following up the answer lead time.- Communicate issues and bugs to the different marketplace teams.- Liaise on a regular basis with the proper product owner / product team / external partner to escalate risks, issues and challenges, in order to assist them in the improvement of the tools when possible.- Create and manage reports and analysis.
Your profileYou have 1+ year experience as technical support level.You know Marketplace/API specific tools, MS office (+excel/Openoffice sheets mastering) and webtools.You have database comprehension and IT capacitiesYou have detailed knowledge of marketplace flows.You speak English and France, Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.You have very good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills and a capacity to evolve in a complex and moving environment.Our 6000 employees have chosen a job at Veepee to spice up their daily lives!
