In this role of HR Director, you’ll get to:
- Support our people managers and team members as a Business Partner across our organisation, advising them on the daily management of their teams.
- Develop, deploy and optimize our HR processes and initiatives to align them with our business objectives.
- You will be responsible to oversee HR operations managed by our HR Generalist, reporting to you, ensuring HR processes are run smoothly and guarantee HR compliance, in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and contribute to the onboarding and integration of new team members
- Stay up to date with HR market best practices and find innovative ways to enhance the excellence of the HR function.
- You are in charge of HR legal matters.
- Supporting organizational changes in partnership with managers and by anticipating the HR impacts and needs related to organizational transformations.
- Supervise Office Management trainee (to be recruited)
Skills and qualifications
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as HR leader in the Tech sector.
- You speak both french and english fluently;
- You like to work in an international environment;
- You are data driven;
- You are a great communicator (verbally amp; in writing) and an active listener;
- You are agile, proactive and you are looking for new ways of improving processes and strategy;
- You are a real team player who wants to build a big success story with us.
