About PASQAL
PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools. Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs. In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.
Under the responsibility of the HR VP, and as part of the company's hypergrowth, your mission will be to support them in the management of daily HR tasks and the structuring of HR projects in an international context:
- Prepare HR and administrative documents in relation with employee contract life cycle
- Onboarding management
- Support the maintaining of the HRIS
- Participation in the set up and the roll out of HR policies (Legal amp; agreements, compensation amp; benefits, Talent development, HR Communication, Performance management, HR country development)
- HR project management (Quality of life at work / engagement management, training management )
