The company is currently undergoing a transition with changes across alldepartments including accounting as one of the first companies to be using the newcloud version of SAP : S/4 Hana.

TASKS
Based in Paris, we offer you the opportunity to join a professional and dynamicteam, and to face the challenge of our growth together.
As an accountant, you will be part of the General Ledger team that is in charge of:
Staff, manage and develop direct and indirect reports, developing individualstaff and organizational capability Monthly reconcile the BS accounts of all Cies. Follow up on the open items in order to clean the accounts. Manage the General Ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closings, thereview of account balances and the reconciliation of accounts. Coordinate with external firm for : preparing and checking the VAT accuracy in order to be compliant with the Fiscal administration and preparation of annual accounts Preparation of Statutory accounts Manage and coordinate tax audits with the Group tax department Preparing some payments related to the expense notes and VAT. Recording the I/C invoices + follow up. Staff, manage and develop direct report, developing individual staff andorganizational capability. Several tasks linked to accounting: o Back up during holidays period to enlarge your scope of responsibilities
MUST HAVE skills
Bachelor in Accountancy more than 5 years’ experience. You have a good command of English and mandatory fluent French; You have experiences in VAT declaration/review and ISOC preparation You have a thorough knowledge of analytical accounting You know your way around with the prevalent accounting softwareapplications SAP You have a very good knowledge of Excel and Google sheets. Adaptable and flexible Team player and at ease with numbersAbility to work proactively, strongteam-working skills with ability to work independently. You are accessible and communicative but discrete and reliable at the sametime. You have an eye for detail and finish tasks accurately. You love to work in a fast-paced environment
