In order to achieve our goals, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team !

As an HR Business Partner at Skeepers, you will oversee all human resources operations for your client groups and ensure they are aligned with our business goals.

The position is ideal for a strong HR generalist ready to step into a business partnering role with leadership visibility and strong involvement in business strategy.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the business unit on strategic initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership to understand business needs and offer proactive HR consultation to maintain Skeepers’ high-performing culture

- Provide guidance to managers and operational teams through improving their capability to deliver the company objectives utilizing knowledge of work design approach which helps employees contribute and succeed

- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance the company culture

- Work with managers to build and implement company-wide, team, individual and position focused training and development to drive employee performance.

- Ensure that staffing structures are fit for purpose and support recruitment and selection activities to effectiveness. Advise managers of the appropriate remuneration scales

- Manage employee relations issues and assists managers in progressive discipline and performance improvement plans working to achieve high productivity

- Continuously seek to automate and streamline process and procedure to enhance HR delivery. Apply people metrics to report on performance

- Serve as employee advocate, fostering effective goal setting, communication, and empowerment through responsibility

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or relevant experience

- 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources

- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

- Attention to detail and sound judgement

- Ability to work on special projects and pivot into areas

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

- Must have a flexible personality, with excellent organizational and time managements skills

- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Results-orientated

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, decisive with critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

- Proven knowledge of the key HR principles, practice, and employment law

- Proven experience establishing and developing strong, trust based, relationships up to senior levels, through your presence, gravitas, interpersonal and influencing skills.
