The role:
We are looking for a Content Manager within the Skeepers Content Factory. Reporting directly to the Head of Content Factory, he/she will be in charge of content projects.
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Planning
- Manage content projects according to the marketing roadmap
- Implement the group's content strategy to reach marketing, SEO and business objectives
- Drive editorial planning according to go-to-market
- Identify areas of opportunity and quick wins - people, platforms, partnerships - in which the group must participate in
- Set up KPIs and other performance monitoring indicators, and report on weekly basis
- Find ways to improve content production efficiency and creativity : brainstormings, post-mortem, processes update, new tools...
Content Production
- Lead content production from brief to final output
- Produce strategic content for our 6 solutions (ebooks, case studies, website pages) and monitor production from our freelancers (blog articles mainly) and from other services (webinars, social media, conferences)
- Keep our content database updated and clean
- Coordinate content creation for our different markets (Spain - Italy - Portugal - USA) and internal and external stakeholders
- Manage content translations for all Skeepers markets
SEO
- Make sure that content projects serve our SEO strategy
- Participate on our semantics action plan, in collaboration with our SEO agency
- Educate internal contributors (from the field marketing team mainly) on SEO basics
In-house, you will work in synergy with the various departments:
- Marketing teams: growth, paid, design, field, press, product marketing management...
- Sales teams
- Client teams
And externally with our clients and partners.
Requirements
This position could be right for you if you:
- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or communication
- Have a beautiful pen and an eye for detail
- Have a passion for content development- strong expertise and full knowledge of the process from conception to production
- French language: copy writing, copy editing and proof-reading skills
- English: advanced
- Proactive and creative attitude
- Are a self-starter and organised with rigour
- Are consumer-centric
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, define priorities and ensure successful delivery.
