We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Associate based in Paris to work with our Client Experience and Operations teams. The role will focus on ensuring that Blueground properties are according to company brand and quality standards. Through continuous monitoring and analysis, the QA Associate ensures the safe tracking and resolution of quality-related issues and contributes dynamically to the improvement of the correctness of the data used throughout the organization.
What you will focus on:
- Conduct check-in and check-out inspections to review the property and furniture's condition, assuring that everything is in perfect condition. All the heating, plumbing, cooling, and electrical systems should be operational, the appliances work properly and the furniture has no sign of damage
- Estimate and report the level of damage that may have been occurred after guests stay at our property
- Check and evaluate the cleaning services conducted in our properties by cleaning partners
- Prepare regular reports including the inspection findings
- Analyze city data to identify trends in performance and compliance for multiple departments within the city
- Present findings to Operations Management and city General Manager
- Lead the implementation of the entire quality audit plan based on quality assurance principles
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Control inspections
- Relevant experience in the hospitality sector or in a facilities management company would be a plus
- Experience working in a Quality Assurance related position would be a plus
- BSc in Quality or Engineering would be a plus
- Attention to detail
- Very good communication skills - verbal and written in English
- Data collection and analysis experience
- Ability to easily commute within the city
- Planning and organizational skills
- IT Literacy (MS Office, G-Suite)
