Requirements
Joining the marketing team and working closely with the Data, Sales and Finance team; your mission is to measure, monitor and predict Flowdesk's acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Build the tools and processes to measure the acquisition metrics for every channel and every location (APAC, EMEA, US)
- Monitor conversion rates along acquisition funnel
- Create dashboards to monitor the acquisition and find actionable insights to improve it
- Lead market research to understand our market penetration and forecast the acquisition
Skills and personality
- 2 + years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or company at a similar position (Growth manager, Sales operations, Revenue operations...) or a consulting firm
- Engineering or Business degree
Background and experience
- Analytical mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce and SQL
- Looker is a plus
- Crypto experience is a plus
- Experience in a Sales Ops position is a plus
