We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator position to join our Consumer Sales team. The role is primary located in Vierzon, but we are also considering our other locations in France - such as Grenoble, Montpellier. and Paris.
Your main responsibilities within this role would be the following :- Managing qualification amp; onboarding of new resellers- Optimizing lead qualification process- Creating orders in our back-office system- Following up on all sales admin topics: invoicing / payment / shipment / delivery- Being the key point of contact for our B2B clients : resellers and distributors- Ensuring the B2B customer satisfaction- Ensuring good coordination between different departments when necessary: accounting, production, design, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, legal- Reporting on key metrics regarding your activityDesired Qualifications
  • Profile oriented towards administrating sales procedures and processes and not the sales themselves.You have first experience in Sales administration, ideally in contact with international counterparts / resellers.
  • You have the capacity to clearly communicate with all the relevant stakeholders in oral and written form.
  • You have solid relationship skills and have been able to work in an optimal manner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are credible, rigorous and meticulous in your work.Person of integrity, you are willing to invest yourself in this role in the long run.
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in English
  • Good french level is required
