Job Description

We are building an inclusive, human-centered product and are looking for a Data Products PM to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

Feeld is a data-driven company that allows humans in the community to build meaningful and unique connections using proprietary algorithms and innovative flows in our Discover stack. Data insight powers many other in-app experiences, and Feeld is looking for a creative and passionate product leader with a strong quantitative background to create an innovation roadmap for our suite of data products and experiences.


What you will do:

  • Dive deep into the desires, motivations, and outcomes Feeld users exhibit during various points of their journey
  • Serve as the lead evangelist for Discover, and strive to optimize user outcomes within the context of Feeld’s strategic goals.
  • Partner with technical and design teams to understand the existing Discover experience, both front-end design and back-end algorithms.
  • Engage in design thinking initiatives with research and design partners to ideate on feature enhancements and innovation to improve engagement with the stack.
  • Design and launch user research initiatives to better understand the idealized user journey via Discover with research and design teams.
  • Test and implement strategies to increase the chat conversion rate for new Connections.
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams to understand how Discover drives consumables and Majestic subscriptions.
  • Ideate and execute on enhancements to deliver greater value to users via consumables and bespoke upsell opportunities.
  • Manage a test and learn agenda targeted at balancing positive engagement signals with other topline performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to better leverage data insight in presentation and organization of connections, chat messages, and other in-app experiences.
  • Constantly analyze performance data of various markets and cohorts and report insights and next steps to executives.
  • Establish a vision for Discover 2.0, demonstrate how innovation ties to company goals in 2023, and execute on the plan with engineering, design, data, and program management.

  • Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in social media, traditional media, entertainment, or gaming industries.
    • 5+ years experience working with data scientists, data engineers, and backend developers to define and optimize user experiences.
    • Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights from imperfect data sets. Knowledge of SQL and other technical languages a plus.
    • Passionate about experimentation, A/B + multivariate testing, and able to encourage a culture of testing among designers, marketers, and executives.
    • Ability to create detail-oriented product documentation and requirements, make adjustments to scope on the fly, define success metrics, track delivery and report on outcomes in a timely manner.
