About the role

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you are responsible for building great products that our customers love and that meet Skeepers’ business objectives.

You primarily work on our Feedback Management product a leading product currently used by 7000+ customers worldwide.

You report to the Head of Product Management, Insight Collection and Activation.


Responsibilities

  • Understand the Skeepers’ product vision and strategy, own these for the product managed.
  • Continuously develop in-depth expertise in your product domain, both externally (customer stakes, personae and use cases, competition, regulatory constraints) and internally (business model, operating model, policies and legal aspects, financial performance).
  • Be the expert on your product. Communicate internally and externally. Provide insights and expertise to stakeholders and other teams in Skeepers.
  • Constantly assess the performance of your product and market dynamics (offer-side, demand-side). Analyze customer feedback and product enhancement requests coming from customers and internal teams. Identify value creation opportunities, for our customers and for Skeepers.
  • Assess and prioritize the identified product development opportunities, in alignment with our product vision and strategy.
  • Drive and conduct solution discovery phases in partnership with tech leads and product designers, targeting the best mix between value for our customers, usability, technical feasibility and fit with our business objectives. Formalize high level design and requirements documents, EPICs and user stories.
  • Manage the product roadmap, planning and backlog. Handle the related communication and coordination.
  • Actively support solution delivery phases, closely working with developers and designers, to ensure delivery happens as planned. Provide timely clarifications, adjustments, arbitrages. Address risks and issues. Communicate on progress.
  • Actively work with Product Marketing and the other Skeepers teams to ensure successful product launches. Support sales and business development teams on strategic deals, on deals requiring new product developments.
  • Communicate on your product, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage all product facets (design and development, marketing, buying/selling models, personae et use cases, servicing, financial and legal).
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, product marketers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Experience in digital / marketing / customer experience domains.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Work as a leader, you have a strong sense of commitment to objectives and targets.
  • Experience in start-up / scale-up environment is a plus.
