Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the company’s different service providers that are required to support the ATM network daily. Such services are Cash in Transit, ATM maintenance, telecommunications, security, installations, etc.
- Coordinate with internal centralized services (IT, Operations, Finance), to deploy the ATMs, solve application issues, test new developments, support day to day operations.
- Lead the coordination of Euronet resources to resolve potential incidents.
- Manage ATM Installation projects including branding.
- Manage and maintain inventory of ATMs and other equipment and sites in the company’s databases.
- Provide operational risk management and check invoices.
- Visit ATM sites and train local staff, trainings, and incidents resolution onsite and on distance (phone, mail).
- Analyze ATM network performance, suggest improvements.
- Organize ATM network maintenance such as cleaning and branding (independently coordinate and control the process).
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- BAC+2 or BAC +3.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in Operations, in such sectors as, financial services, Cash in Transit, telecom operators, IT services or retail.
- Ideally, prior experience in the deployment of ATMs, and additional experience in ATM systems and software.
- A proven track record in planning, issue management and quality assurance in complex IT and operational projects with different platforms and systems. A solid track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel when required.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Must have legal right to work in the EU.
