The role is based in our office in France, in our office in Bidart or Bordeaux.

Mission:

As a Project Manager you will act as the single point of contact for Tech and Data Science software development projects. You will develop and direct project schedules and resource plans with an Agile approach. You will co-ordinate activities and track project dependencies. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams, conduct project meetings and be responsible for stakeholder management and reporting. You will manage, track and mitigate project risks. Additionally, you will follow best practices as part of the Project Management Office and continuously strive for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field
  • 2-5 years experience managing complex projects and a good knowledge of project management methodologies
  • 2-5 years experience working as a Project Manager for Software Development projects
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Agile development methodology
  • Experience in Design Controls, Medical Device development and/or ISO13485 processes is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in global teams
  • Problem solving and ability to think outside of the box
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence highly appreciated.
  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools
  • Fluency in French and English is a must!
  • Project Management certification is a plus (Agile Project Management, PMP, Prince2)
  • Agile certification is a plus (Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
