• Ensure that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained;
• Maintain all documentation related to quality management;
• Support the project team and the customer on all issues related to quality management;
• Carry out quality audits and IT processes quality assessments;
• Quality Webpage SharePoint maintenance;
• Update amp; maintain at the proper quality level the SharePoint webpages with all new amp; revised documents for each manual as well as other related items;
• Maintenance of Quality Manuals/Policies and procedures;
• Quality Assessment Duties;
• Perform regularly quality assessments;
• Maintain e-folders of all quality assessment reports conducted in the agency;
• Ensure compliance with all company policies amp; procedures;
• Prepare, update amp; maintain material for each governance, interagency, industry and institutions meetings;
• Organize meetings and follow-up actions from those meetings;
• Perform regularly quality assessments on the basis of the KPIs per BRMS process.
Requirements
• University degree of at least 3 years of relevant subject (bachelor or equivalent);
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality consultant;
• Good knowledge of English (Level B2 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages);
• Strong experience in proofreading communication and documents;
• Knowledge in drafting emails and creating professional documents;
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism;
• Practical hands-on expertise in running reports amp; handling special projects as assigned;
• Familiarity with performing Quality related duties.
