As a Performance Benchmarking Operation Manager, you will manage the Performance Benchmarking Production Team to deliver performance testing data for programs and/or projects in collaboration with the Product Management Team. You will be responsible for safety, quality, and profitability of production processes, with respect to the global planning as defined with the Product Managers.
TASKS amp; RESPONSABILITIES
Overall responsibility for competitive (low cost, high quality, safe, on time) production of products and data produce on site.
Product amp; Production Management:
- Lead the production process
- Participate in strategic decision-making on product evolutions
- Respect and implement Product requirements and continuous improvement
- Respect planning and escalate issues or opportunities
- Produce monthly KPI and escalate feedback
Project Management:
- Participate in the writing of technical and commercial offers for specific projects
- Collaborate with other region managers and functional supports (logistic, QSE) for different projects
HR Management:
- Resource planning, staffing, organization, and management of Test and Instrumentation Teams
- Ensure work-force management (hiring definition, people development)
- People safety, quality, environmental and regulatory compliance
Customer Interactions amp; Communication:
- Support customer visits and requests
- Operations communication
Budget Management:
- Maintain expenditures within operating budget
- Manage various suppliers
Knowledge Improvement:
Requirements
Professional Background
- Automotive engineering diploma
- 5 years minimum experience in Automotive field and management, leading groups/departments
- Certification in production, process and quality control would be an added value
