Job Description

The Head of Sales is responsible to assist sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth. It is important to provide the team with new and innovative ideas for sales and marketing campaigns and proceed with strategic planning that is growth oriented, while ensuring communication with other department Heads.


Responsibilities

Team Management and Reporting

  • Provide clear vision and support to Sales team of the region
  • Support team in managing and developing the assigned client portfolio.
  • Support team in managing and developing new client portfolio.
  • Ensure team consecution of Quarterly targets and KPIs to help achieve our goals.
  • Provide clear forecasting for head of sales.
  • Review and approve team's commissions.
  • Proactively participate in internal marketing and learner communications with the clients.
  • Be a role model and a force for good in the team.
  • Ensure all data is correctly entered and followed up in CRM
  • Achieve Sales targets for the region
  • Manage own time and delegates effectively

Account Supervision

  • Ensure all business opportunities are maximized in the region.
  • Identify, develop and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities in all region.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services at all times.
  • Understand customer needs and proactively develop plans to address them.
  • Design programs and proposals according to the client’s budget and maintain operational efficiency and profitability. Support sales teams to do so.
  • Proactively address internal and external issues that affect region success.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to resolve customer complaints/requests quickly and effectively.
  • Make sure teams follow guidelines on pricing, GM, Billing Terms and Terms and conditions when closing deals

Learnlight Sales Team

  • Become a recognised thought leader within the global sales team.
  • Successfully help local accounts grow to global accounts.
  • Work and collaborate successfully with other HoS in different regions.

Education amp; Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or another related field
  • Experience with sales, client relationship, team management, and B2B
