JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You will report directly to the Cluster/ Country Financial Controller
  • Work closely with the company bookkeeping provider to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Ensure that all accounting entries are done completely, accurately and on time in line with company accounting policy.
  • Prepare timely all calculations and back up files necessary for the recharges and accounts reconciliations with our customer.
  • Complete the cash forecasting process and updates regularly.
  • Continuously keeping our accounting system up to date through analysis and reviews.
  • Prepare all necessary accruals to support a proper monthly closing process.
  • Prepare periodically all payments runs/proposals in line with the company schedule.
  • Provide advice in case any changes needed for the company chart of Accounts.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements, AR and AP.
  • Ad hoc projects.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Finance positions.
    • Clear understanding Cost Accounting and KPIs environment.
    • Good knowledge of the HGB GAAP.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and hands on experience with use of ERP Finance Modules (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc)
    • Demonstratable Problem-solver with a good business process understanding
    • Experience in working to tight deadlines and under pressure
    • Excellent Numerical and analytical skills with attention to details
    • Proactive approach and excellent communicator
    • Well organised, collaborative and structured approach
    • Excellent command of local language is a must with proficiency in English
    • CPA and / or experience in Audit Companies is distinct asset.
