YOUR MISSIONS
The challenge for Agile Coaches is to use the ManoMano Advanced Collaboration System (MACS) to make teams, teams of teams, and the organization as autonomous and performing as possible.
You will work on a mission basis within the Tech department and also more globally on the entire ManoMano organization.- Activate collaboration, empowerment and levers to reach high performing organizations- Observe, question, advice and train to improve Agile fluency, efficiency and performance- Participate to the MACS journey ensuring continuous improvement and challenging relentlessly the status quo of the framework
This position also anticipates a seniority level that would enable a management position within the Agile team. Our management strategy focuses primarily on fostering individual and team growth. CONTEXT

MAIN ACTIVITIES
  • Grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving tech culture-
  • Evangelize why we are doing and being more and more Agile thanks to MACS-
  • Design and facilitate large group sessions such as offsite team building, PI Planning, -
  • Contribute to the evolution of our MACS framework (rituals, metrics, roles) and its expansion to the entire company-
  • Challenge the status quo thanks to your learnings from the world leading companies in order to innovate A la Mano.-
  • Coach and give feedback to teams and individuals in order to deliver value more effectively-
  • Develop ADLs and Scrum Masters by mentoring and animating community of practices
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 7 years experience in Software development context company including at least 3 years experience as an Agile Coach.-
  • Excellent command of the basics (knowledge and experience): Agile principles,Scrum, Kanban, OKRs as well as Agile@Scale frameworks-
  • Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in implementing organizational change (Dynamic reteaming, flat organizations, Management models, )-
  • Have strong knowledge and experience in product culture and frameworks (impact team, prioritization framework, product discovery..)
  • Have experience and understanding in other models/frameworks such as Unfix Model, FAST, Systemic approach can be an asset-
  • Have deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and is able to help teams and teams of teams develop trust and safety-
  • Be obsessed by data-driven continuous improvement and keen to challenge the status quo by raising issues and inspiring change-
  • Be able to manage large
