Requirements
- Managing a team of 10 staff across multiple locations including Paris, Lyon and Nice - including Galeries Lafayete and BHV Marais
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel
- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
- Ensuring product assortment and VM meet brand requirements and are aligned to overachieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Act as a liaison between the Headquarter and the stores
- Act as brand ambassador, ensuring staff delivers value and excellence to the clients
- Ensuring constant and good relationships with the Management of the Department stores
You must be able to travel to all store locations
