You will join the Ramp;D team of Skeepers (125 staff), a talented team working on the development of all Skeepers Solutions. In a SaaS company like SKEEPERS, the Engineering team is the main engine of our growth. Your work will have a direct impact on our end customers and your taste for challenge will allow the whole group to grow.
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and supported by the Team Leader, you will participate in the development of the Influence Marketing platform. Your main tasks will be :
- Participate in our platform's development (architecture, tools, CI/CD, industrialization)
- Securing the operation of the solution (resilience, reliability, monitoring, logging, performance)
- Define and promote good development practices with teams (quality, TDD tests, agility, DevOps)
- Perform design reviews to ensure compliance with development standards.
- Support the skills development of junior employees through coaching and mentoring on a regular basis.
- Carry out a technological watch in order to propose the best solutions for our platform.

Requirements
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience in software development
- You are used to working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- You can communicate effectively with other team members to explain and defend your choices.
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills and good reporting skills
- English proficiency
