We’re seeking an experienced System administrator amp; Support who is eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a worldwide stage that has a direct impact on the lives of cancer and rare disease patients.

In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.

From early on, you’ll help empower our breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibilities. And you’ll receive world-class training to help you become a leader in your field.

Our products are used by over a thousand healthcare institutions globally and provide world leading capabilities for the analysis of genomic, clinical, and imaging data.

Main Responsabilities :

  • Support users remotely; provide efficient and comprehensive solutions to internal users’ technical issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to support requests.
  • Prioritize requests according to criticality.
  • Identify timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
  • Document all support activities in ticket tracking database.
  • Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.

Requirements

You’re a highly experienced professional and you’ve worked in a relevant field for at least five years. You also enjoy mentoring colleagues. You’re proud of your positive and lasting relationships and the customization and strategies you’ve created to solve business challenges.

Main requirement :

  • Higher Education background in IT or previous support experience - 5 years minimum.
  • Microsoft: Active Directory and Exchange on-prem, AD Connect, Exchange Online, M365 Admin centers, Security, Microsoft Defender, End-Point Manager, SharePoint, Teams, Windows Servers (DNS, File Management, PowerShell) experience.
  • Professional experience in Microsoft Azure technologies and products, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Services (Blob storage, Analysis services), Windows Virtual Desktops, Automation, Resources groups, Backup, and monitoring services.
  • Excellent knowledge of SSO (SAML and OpenID), MFA, groups/roles, access levels, GPOs, PKI and SSL certificates.
  • Meraki and JAMF MDMs: deployment and best practices experience.
  • Understand of networking technologies (LAN/WAN and Wireless), troubleshooting skills.
  • IP Phone management, Teams administration.
  • Apple DEP proven experience.
  • MacOS / iOS proven experience: experience with terminal, able to read logs, find processes, create shell scripts. Experience with Mac OS features, administration amp; troubleshooting techniques.
  • Exposure to Enterprise suites:?Atlassian Apps Administration: JIRA Service Management amp; Confluence, Dynamics365 Financial and Operation, Salesforce CRM, WorkDay, SAP Litmos (Learning and Development platform).

In addition :

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, be highly organized and meet deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency, with hands-on skills using ticketing
