SOPHiA GENETICS is looking for a Clinical Research Intern to join the Clinical Operations (ClinOps) Team to support activities related to multimodal projects leveraging on the aggregation of clinical, biological, imaging and genomics data.


Combining high-quality data for each individual to generate multimodal insights, SOPHiA GENETICS harnesses the power of advanced AI and machine learning models. You will gain and benefit from experience in clinical study management across a wide range of trainings and activities involvement (regulatory, data management, biostatistics, legal, quality, finance, etc).

Missions:

  • Complete appropriate protocol and clinical research training to perform job duties
  • Provide support with the filing, tracking and Quality Check (QC) of clinical study related documents
  • Provide support in data management activities on the study: eCRF data completion follow-up (set up, sending out and updates of related reports); review and consistency check of clinical and biological data entered in the eCRF; query generation and management.
  • Provide support with monitoring tools and remote/on site monitoring visit (preparation, visit and follow-up) with the local Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
  • Provide support with the creation, follow up and QC of study Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) (cf. monitoring visit reports finalization within the timelines defined in the Monitoring Plan).
  • Support study start-up phase activities, i.e., site pre-selection visits (SPSV), contract and budget negotiation with the sites, regulatory submission package preparation, etc.
  • Support other ClinOps or medical initiatives, as per needs and interest.

Requirements

  • Student in Master (1 or 2) in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Research, ICH-GCP is preferable
  • French amp; English Fluent mandatory.
  • Proactive, Motivated and flexible in approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Capacity to prioritize, well-organized and able to multitasks;
  • Good level on Microsoft Tools.
