Your MissionWithin the Strategy amp; Business Analytics department, you’ll join the team focusing on Marketing, Brand and Consumer Support division as Business Analyst on all BlaBlaCar’s countries and business models. The team is in charge of delivering the marketing strategy amp; business plan and improving the way we measure and optimize our business performance. You’ll have an impact on our growth strategy using data and performing business analyses. At the same time, you’ll belong to a larger internal community of 25+ analysts willing to make you learn and develop your career.This is an excellent opportunity for developing strong analytical skills at one of France’s fastest-growing scale-ups.Your Responsibilities- Lead the semestrial strategy and budget planning exercise by coordinating and advising business and marketing stakeholders,
- Provide punctual analyses with actionable insights to marketing, brand, CRM, partnership and PR teams leading to strategic changes for the company (ex: analyze the profiles of our members to suggest the best segmentation for our campaigns, measure the balance on our marketplace to suggest specific acquisition initiatives, etc.),
- Contribute to the monthly budget and performance updates of the Strategy team (track our marketing investments, monitor competition, measure our ROI and our business contribution),
- Build a positive and trustful relationship with product, engineering and marketing teams to identify business needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Your Qualifications- You have a masters’ degree from a business/engineering school or university,
- You developed strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and outside the box,
- You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing amp; learning from others,
- You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset with high level of autonomy and proactivity,
- Fluency in English,
- A prior experience in business intelligence, consulting or finance would be a plus,
- Nice to have: Knowledge in data visualization tools (Tableau) and/or SQL.
