Within the role of
Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will be taking the responsibility for the quality matters related to the management of an industrial site.Your main responsibilities will be :
- Implementing audits throughout the supply chain, ensuring quality standards, safety and legal requirements, and company policies and specifications are met.
- Collaborating with clients, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with delivered products.
- Conducting or assisting with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifying , recommending, or executing corrective actions.
- Providing quality engineering support for in-progress and final acceptance projects.
- Providing technical and administrative support and guidance to direct and indirect reports.
- Developing and maintaining a system to track and report projects and results of quality awareness programs and initiatives.
- Drafting and maintaining product assurance policies and procedures, ensuring specifications and requirements are met.
- Drafting and recommending procedures to establish or improve quality standards, standard repairs, process controls, and inspection methods.
- Analyzing, reviewing, and approving manufacturing engineering policies, processes, documentation, and operations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase quality and customization of products.
- Overseeing data collection, analysis, and other research for quality projects.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Engineering Degree (Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality preferred)10+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance/ quality engineering required in the consumer electronics industry,ideally.
- Proven experience in working in product development and manufacturing.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- A natural leader that can develop and inspire others.
- Fluent in English
- Curiosity about the crypto / blockchain industry would be a plus.
Location :
- Vierzon (18), France - Frequent visits to our industrial sites in Hungary, Vietnam, etc. are to be taken into account within this role.
