What you'll be doing...
An Site Reliability Engineer will be collaborating closely with other members of the department, and may be recognised as a Subject Matter Expert, in a given technology and share their experience with other teams to promote overall improvement in our platforms. A SRE will identify opportunities to automate repetition, remove failure/pressure points, and ensure that Service Level Objectives are met consistently.
As a SRE you will also be responsible for contributing to Futures delivery infrastructure. You’ll constantly analyze the current system, it’s strengths and limitations and provide proposals for its improvement to the team. You will participate in roadmap and project planning efforts and may be responsible for delivering it. You’ll be participating in project management efforts as the teams execute on plans.
