Your role :

Your main missions :

• Get to know the tools and information systems, related to the Finance department
• Develop a knowledge base of the use of software, such as Yooz and Netsuite
• Ensure the quality of the data collected
• Provide the information systems with the data collected
• Supporting the business experts on the processes implemented
• Training and ensuring compliance with the procedures implemented
• Providing training materials relating to the tools

Requirements

• You are in the second or third year of study
• Financial or accounting, this is an easy knowledge
• You know how to manage with softwares an technical tools
• Your qualities are : autonomy, creativity and good relationship with others
• You also like to communicate with teams and train others to new processes
• You speak French and English of course
