Tropee is the leading NFT utility-as-a-service platform. We focus on helping NFT collections to create powerful utilities that delight their NFT holders.

As a Product Designer, you’ll work collaboratively and iteratively to turn problems into intuitive user experiences. You’ll own projects from conception to launch and measure success through data and user research.
You’ll work directly with Pierre, the CPO to define, craft, and ship a world-class product. At Tropee you will be relied upon to create exemplary interfaces and experiences, whilst balancing user needs, company brand values, and KPIs. We are looking for a creative and mission-driven Product Designer to design the product that every NFTs collections creator will use on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user research.
• Create prototypes and run user tests with the team.
• Build simple and scalable product interfaces.
• Design detailed interactions and pixel-perfect mockups.
• Work with developers to ship features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably working on SaaS products.
• Strong UX focus and clean visual design sense.
• Knowledge of web3 and NFT market trends and technology is important.
• Experience building and defining a design system is also a must-have.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Prior start-up experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in a product-led growth (PLG) model is a plus.
• Experience working with Storybook is also a plus.
