Job description
To support the growth of Aliaxis group as well as our growing European based Research amp; Technology Center, we aim to reinforce our corporate HR team with an HR Business Partner based in Elancourt.
The role will support on all HR matters the Aliaxis’ Corporate Function Growth, encompassing Strategy, Marketing, Innovation, Ramp;D and the entrepreneurial Business unit Aliaxis Next, with a focus on Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness. It will also oversee for all France based corporate roles HR operations and social relations, ensure HR compliance and efficient HR admin processes. The role will be based in our European Ramp;T Center in Elancourt and will require 20% presence in Aliaxis’ headquarters office based in Brussels. It will report to the VP HR Strategy, Systems and Corporate functions. For a total population of 60 people, and growing, working from several European locations, the responsibilities of the role can be summarized as follows:
- Own the HR management for the France-based corporate functions (ensure compliance on HR matters, oversee Compensation amp; Benefits and Payroll processes (outsourced to SD Worx), coordinate on- and off-boardings, manage social relations)
- Drive the Talent Review, Talent Development and Succession planning processes
- Oversee the Recruitment, supported by the corporate Talent Acquisition team
- Constantly monitor for ways to improve organizational effectiveness
- Act as the change leader for projects entailing people changes
- Be a trusted advisor and coach to the business for HR and people related matters
- Support our new entrepreneurial division Aliaxis Next on all HR related matters, in an entrepreneurial way
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience with French social amp; labour law, payroll taxes, social relations
- Experience as HR Business Partner in an international organization with a matrix type of structure
- Talent Management experience (talent review, talent development, succession planning)
- Knowledge of/experience with performance management, SMART cascading goals, capability planning, organizational effectiveness
- Experience working with highly talented technical populations (Ramp;D engineers) is a plus
- Experience on culture amp; engagement and change management is really appreciated
- At ease in a fast-paced environment in transformation and to work in a diverse international environment
- Fluent English and French
