Job Description

Kuba is looking to recruit an internal consultant attached to the COO on a permanent basis. You will be the guarantor of the proper functioning of the company and you will embody its values.

At the borders of strategy, consulting and operations, the Chief of Staff plays a crucial role in the daily life of the company, particularly in achieving the objectives set by the board or the COO of the company.

Requirements

  • Reporting and management of strategic and operational projects of the company in close collaboration with the management.
  • Management and monitoring of the overall performance of the company: implementation, monitoring and analysis of KPIS.
  • Involvement in strategic subjects: fundraising, market studies, reporting to the various stakeholders (ie partners, internal communications, management committee, etc.).
  • Identification and definition of recruitment needs and human resources strategy.
  • Identification of key points and resolution of sticking points for internal teams.
  • Sort the subjects to be escalated to the COO and daily assistance in carrying out his tasks.
  • Management and monitoring of national implementation and participation in the internationalization of the company.
  • Management and monitoring of the organization of the company's various departments: sales, marketing, communication, operations, finance, IT, human resources, etc.


Profile :

  • BAC +5 graduate from a Grande Ecole (business, management, engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm in organization and strategy.
  • Strong appetite for the field of transport.
  • English bilingual
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to have a strategic vision.
  • Reliable, attentive and caring, excellent interpersonal skills and a real ability to work in a team
  • Versatile, rigorous and structured, excellent level of organization allowing to manage several strategic projects in parallel within the given deadlines.
  • Autonomous and force of proposal, with an entrepreneur profile.

The Chief of Staff must be resourceful, have strong personal motivational skills, be a relationship builder with excellent communications skills, incorporate an involved approach with the determination to succeed and have the aptitude to react quickly to given situations. The capacity to interact at all levels with the willingness to be flexible is essential to success in this role. The Chief of Staff must have an approachable and open nature to ensure ‘buy-in’ to the function is consistent across the Company, while aligning with Kuba’s pillars.

In general, the Chief of Staff should be of smart, presentable appearance and must feel comfortable working in a high pressure, ever-changing and customer driven environment. The Chief of Staff will be an ambassador of our core pillars, both individually and collectively, should be highly committed and be able to seek continual improvement.
