Senior Product Manager - Game Tech

Job Description
The Homa product team is growing and we’re looking for an experienced, data-savvy product expert to help take our live ops technology to the next level. You will be working closely with our brilliant mobile team that builds our SDK and developer tools, as well as the tech team that delivers our social features and live ops integration. Your goal will be to provide best-in-class tools that our game teams can use to successfully implement live ops, and grow their games.

- Be a domain expert on live ops platforms and integrations in the mobile gaming space
- Run competitor analysis and market research to identify product gaps and opportunities
- Participate in the product development process by identifying user requirements and turning them into user stories, wireframes, and visual wireframes
- Work closely with our mobile, social, and data tech teams to plan the product roadmap and ensure delivery
- Provide clear, detailed requirements for product implementation, and support development decision making along the way
- Work closely with game teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the features, and to identify valuable business opportunities for future product enhancements
- Use analytics to measure how features are used in-game, resulting player behaviour, and value created
- Create and maintain product documentation to ensure it is thorough and up to date
- Ensure product usage, engagement and satisfaction are measured through appropriate metrics (e.g. analytics, NPS, etc.)
Requirements
Must have...
- +5 years experience in gaming product management for live ops systems or large scale social features
- Expert in mobile gaming and player experiences
- Strong understanding of data in the mobile space
- Experience writing product requirements and creating wireframes
- Experience supporting the agile product development process (kanban or scrum)
- Experience working with project management or product development tools: Asana, Notion, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Fluent in English
Nice to have...
- Game design or STEM degree
- Experience with data analysis tools: BI tools, SQL querying, etc.
- Experience working with Figma and/or Sketch, Adobe XD
