Building a multi-region, scalable, performant, and easy-to-use SaaS is a challenging task! At SirionLabs, we aim to simplify the underlying complexity while giving the users all the flexibility, expressivity, and power they need to manage their contracts throughout the entire contract’s lifecycle.
We are building a new product where non-tech users have a slick experience from onboarding all the way to using the most advanced features. We are bringing consumer product patterns straight into our product to empower the users, with a self-serving solution. Customers are at the heart of what we do every day and great user experience requires a well-architected secured and scalable back end. This is when you come in!
As a senior UX Designer, you will be driving, designing, and delivering the back end for multiple functionalities starting with contract creation flow. This encompasses large critical features such as collaboration, versioning, workflow editions, dynamic templates and many more. You will work with teams all around the world, in a multi-cultural environment and a hyper-growth context. Still, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy.
As result, expect to have a massive impact on the product and touch the life of hundreds of users to improve their daily businesses.
What will be your key responsibilities?
High-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours
Create information design concepts by means of maps, story boards, sketches, personas, agile stories, mood boards, navigation maps, prototypes and usability testing
Do user research with prospect or existing customers
Develop and manage product style guide
Execute interaction and visual design as part of multi-disciplinary team
Deliver innovative and engaging prototypes
Develop reusable design patterns and components for varied product needs
Work closely with development and design teams to ensure that design specifications are adhered
Ensure a unified experience and consistent brand identity across all digital platform
Mentor and provide guidance to other members of the team
Help hiring top talents for the group

Requirements
- 5-10 years of user experience design for web-based and analytical applications that runs on desktop and mobile devices.
- Experience with B2B SaaS
- A Masters or bachelor’s degree in Design or HCI or Information Design or Interaction Design
- Ability to research, create and present user journey maps, user task flows, interaction models, storyboards
