As a curious, creative and experienced People Business Partner you will work closely with the UserZoom management team on People initiatives to promote a positive employee experience for our growing company. You will help implement and influence the success of our global people initiatives that support our goals, including onboarding, leadership training and engagement programs. You will provide People expertise and will also be the local people expert in implementing initiatives

Whilst working closely with UserZoom’s leaders, you will help to implement specific business strategies from a people perspective. The relationships you develop across the company will be meaningful, therefore skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. You will also need to be able to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change.

Requirements

Here's the skills and experience we're looking for:

• You'll be an experienced HR or People Business Partner, able to coaching and develop manager by being both an expert in your role as well as making others around you great
• You'll have experience of providing guidance and expertise on people practices (such as performance development, training needs and succession planning) as well as resolving moderate to complex employee issues and grievances and managing terminations, both voluntary and involuntary
• You'll be excellent at influencing and building relationships with people around the business
• You'll be focused on coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency
• You'll speak fluent French and English. Let us know if you speak Spanish as well, as this could be helpful!
