As a curious, creative and experienced People Business Partner you will work closely with the UserZoom management team on People initiatives to promote a positive employee experience for our growing company. You will help implement and influence the success of our global people initiatives that support our goals, including onboarding, leadership training and engagement programs. You will provide People expertise and will also be the local people expert in implementing initiatives
Whilst working closely with UserZoom’s leaders, you will help to implement specific business strategies from a people perspective. The relationships you develop across the company will be meaningful, therefore skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. You will also need to be able to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change.
