Knowledge
Successful candidates will have a relevant degree for the position such as Bachelor's in Marketing, Management, Communication, Event Management, Business/Administration or similar fields. Masters in Business, MBA, will be preferred.
Candidates will be expected to have a sharp business mind and proven success in organization and execution of projects. Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, finance, analysis of data and IT management. Additionally, abilities to develop strategies, research, identify market trends, manage operating budgets and forecasting are required.
Required experience
Previous experience in a similar or identical role would be required. Experience in project execution and management operations with emphasis in High-profile events will be advantageous.
