Otoqi is a start-up founded in 2016 in Paris whose ambition, since its inception, is to simplify the lives of drivers by giving them easy access to a clean vehicle, regardless of its use.
We are looking for talents like you to help us address the human, digital and energy challenges essential to transform the mobility sector with connected and sustainable services.
In 2020, we have already reached 3M in revenues and profitability while growing by more than 100% over the year, despite the COVID. We have raised 6M in 2021 to accelerate further in a context of very strong demand and the opening of new subsidiaries in Europe. We expect growth of 150-200% per year for the next few years.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our CPO to make our B2B tech solution the best on the market ;)
We are looking for you if :
- you are passionate about the product and put the user at the centre of all your thinking;
- you are enthusiastic about building a product that will revolutionise vehicle conveying across the automotive industry.
You will be in contact with all stakeholders to understand the short, medium and long term priorities, and translate Otoqi’s objectives into a product vision.
Your missions:
Discovery
- Conduct market research;
- Understand user issues and needs through qualitative research and quantitative data;
- Define and monitor product KPIs;
- Leading workshops with all stakeholders to design and test solutions;
- Work with the Product Designer to design wireframes and prototypes;
- Define the roadmap with the whole product team.
Delivery
- Write user stories, prioritise them and maintain the product backlog;
- Participate in agile ceremonies;
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure our quality standards and facilitate release planning.
- Communicate on the progress of developments and the evolution of the roadmap.
You are the person we are looking for if :
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience in Product Management;
- You are familiar with agile methods and the product lifecycle from exploration to measuring success;
- You have a strong technical background;
- You are analytical, you understand data and you know how to deduce behaviours from it;
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills;
- If you are curious, enthusiastic, ambitious and pro-active, but above all if you are a team player;
- Mandatory English, your mother tongue is either French or Italian or German
