As a Client Solutions Intern, you will be supporting the execution of project tasks for the POC Software as a Service (SaaS) business with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors.
Reporting directly to the Product Line Manager of Client Solutions, you will:
- Proactively participate in product definition and product development (conversion of client needs in product upgrades, Business requirements, product testing)
- Collaborate with Product Teams and IT teams for project execution
- Support client project management on a day-to-day basis
- Support interactions with clients and be involved in client management strategy
- Support projects operations (organizing operations schedule and support operations problem solving)
- Support the standardization of client management processes
- Create data analysis and client presentation material, leveraging Microsoft Office and other database software tools
Your Mission / Responsibilities
With 0-2 years of experience in Project Management and Data Analytics/Business Intelligence you show a successful track-record in at least one, preferably several of the following:
- Managing client projects involving several internal and external stakeholders
- Leveraging Microsoft Excel and database tools to organize and analyse data
- Displaying a strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Collaborating with teams to reach team goals
Your creativity, focus on quality and quantitative abilities will support successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Engineering school/Pharma and/or Business school + Data management/Business Intelligence
- First experience in Software company or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- MS Office + High Level in Excel and/or Power BI + SQL Server
- Fluent English,
- Spanish spoken is a plus
- Starting from 01/06/22 - 6 months internship
- Office located in Croisé-Laroche (Marcq-en-Barœul) Lille
