The FPamp;A team is responsible for managing the company’s financial forecasting and reporting processes as well as partnering with business stakeholders to enable and drive financially informed decision-making. MISSIONS
- Production of monthly Financial reports, analysis and comments for top management and Investors and Investor specific reports
- Management of financial forecasts process
- Set up of budget process guidelines and templates
- Cash and cash flow controlling
- Build strong business partnering with Corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal,...)
- Develop partnership with Social controlling in order to build standardized and ad-hoc reporting of Headcount trends
- Ownership of FPamp;A tooling projects and EPM solution development in collaboration with IS Finance team
PROFILE AND REQUIREMENT- At least 5/7 years of experience as FPamp;A analyst
- Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis skills
- Experience with financial reporting
- Advanced knowledge in Excel / Gsheet
- Prior experience in EPM solutions (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights ou NSPB (Oracle) is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in French and English
