As we move through organisational maturity from start-up and scale-up, we are looking for a?Head of HR Operations. Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, this is a newly created role in our People Management team.

Your Mission

As our new Head of HR Operations, you will provide leadership and strategic focus for the delivery of our operational HR Processes on a global basis.

Working closely with the Chief People Officer and in partnership with the HR Leadership Team, you will lead and motivate our new HR Operations Pillar, delivering added valued services throughout the Employee Lifecycle including HR Operations, Payroll and HRIS Management.

HR Operations provides essential HR administrative support to organisation colleagues and leadership, enabling the hiring of new staff, processing of contractual changes and provision of advice and guidance to staff and managers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver on all HR Operational activity connected to the employee lifecycle
  • Enable best practice across our People Management teams by fostering a value-add HR Operations function
  • Work in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Business Partnering to drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance of data, payroll, tools, and processes

Requirements

in Your Background

  • A strong background leading remote teams within an HR Operations or HR Shared Services environment
  • A track record of continuously improving services; ensuring compliance; delivering to service level agreements and driving consistency.
  • Exposure to working in an international or global organisation with knowledge of multiple international cultures
  • You will demonstrate an ability to balance the varied and complex needs of the customer and HR teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of utilising HRIS and technology within an HR Operations/Shared Service environment
  • A solid understanding of outsourced payroll context
