As we move through organisational maturity from start-up and scale-up, we are looking for a?Head of HR Operations. Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, this is a newly created role in our People Management team.

Your Mission
As our new Head of HR Operations, you will provide leadership and strategic focus for the delivery of our operational HR Processes on a global basis.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer and in partnership with the HR Leadership Team, you will lead and motivate our new HR Operations Pillar, delivering added valued services throughout the Employee Lifecycle including HR Operations, Payroll and HRIS Management.
HR Operations provides essential HR administrative support to organisation colleagues and leadership, enabling the hiring of new staff, processing of contractual changes and provision of advice and guidance to staff and managers.
