Core Biogenesis is a young and rapidly scaling biotechnology startup, based in Strasbourg and Paris, France. Founded in 2020 by Chouaïb Meziadi and Alexandre Reeber, it is backed by some of the best European investors including Entrepreneur First and XAnge.

We are looking for our future QHSE Manager (M/F) for a work study contract for our warehouse based in Strasbourg.

Reporting to the Management, you will participate in the creation and deployment of the QHSE strategy.

• Participation in audits and resulting actions.
• Coordination and animation of safety and prevention actions of professional risks.
• Participation in the evaluation of regulatory compliance including in the project to create the production plant.
• Contribution to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Creation and follow-up of safety procedures.
• Conducting safety briefings, developing the necessary training.
• Raising awareness of safety and good practices amongst the teams.
• Setting up of displays, updating of regulatory documents (DUER).

Requirements

• You are preparing a Master Degree in hygiene, safety and environment and you have a first experience in work-study, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• You are familiar with the ISO standards relating to HSE
• Master the techniques of audit and QHSE training
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to listen, observe and teach
• English (B2- C1)

Nous recherchons notre futur Responsable QHSE (H/F) en alternance pour notre entrepôt basé à Strasbourg.

Rattaché(e) au Management, vous participez à la création et au déploiement de la stratégie QHSE.

Responsabilités :

• Participation aux audits et aux actions qui en découlent.
• Coordination et animation sécurité et les actions de prévention des risques professionnels.
• Participation à l’évaluation de la conformité réglementaire y compris dans le projet de création de l’usine de production.
• Contribution au Plan de Continuité d’Activité (PCA),
• Création et suivi des procédures sécurité,
• Animation des briefs sécurité, élaboration des formations nécessaires.
• Sensibilisation à la sécurité et aux bonnes pratiques
• Mise en place des affichages, mise à jour des documents réglementaires (DUER).

Pré requis :

Vous préparez une formation de niveau BAC +4/5 en spécialité hygiène, sécurité et environnement et vous disposez d'une première expérience en alternance idéalement dans le domaine de l’industrie pharmaceutique.

Vous connaissez les référentiels ISO relatif à l’HSE.

Maîtriser les techniques d'audit et de formation QHSE.

Maîtrise de l’anglais ( B2- C1).

Qualités d'écoute, d'observation et de pédagogie, esprit d'analyse.
