Mission

Would you like to grow your career in SaaS sales with one of the fastest-growing companies in the Adtech industry and in an international environment? If so, this position is for you!

To pursue its strong development, Adomik is looking for a Head of Sales EU to strengthen and manage the existing sales team based in Paris.


Your mission will include:

  • Managing the Europe Sales Team (4 Executive Sales) according to the EU sales strategy
  • Generating new revenue for Adomik: creating, cultivating and developing accounts and increasing market share across the EU region.
  • Developing short and long-term sales plans that are consistent with corporate objectives
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota for your team through outbound/inbound leads - strategically selling the company’s defined solutions to net new logos.
  • Coaching your team within the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing
  • Building cross-functional relationships within the prospect in order to penetrate the account further by focusing on director/C-level engagement...
  • Developing accurate forecasts and managing your team sales activity in CRM (Salesforce.com).

Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in Sales
  • Primary experience in management in a SaaS technology and/or MarTech or AdTech technologies is a MUST HAVE
  • An extensive network of brands and marketers
  • Proven track history of performance against revenue goals
  • Experience creating markets, moving prospects along the sales cycle, and closing sales at big brand organizations
  • Ability to assess and synthesize data to create compelling stories that motivate prospects to take action
  • Experience working with complex and customizable enterprise solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English, French or any other foreign language is a plus.
