Job Description

After a long status-quo, Customer Marketing is changing fast. Data clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake...) are imposing themselves as de-facto CDPs that will compete directly with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP and Adobe. Tinyclues is a modern solution powered by vertical tech stack specifically designed for open data ecosystems.

Agile stacks offer Enterprise clients the flexibility to plug-in and plug-out solutions to address tomorrow’s challenges. Opposed to we claim to do everything full-stack solutions, best-of-breed solutions focus their product roadmap on solving one, super-difficult, challenge. Tinyclues dedicates its efforts on a strategic challenge of marketers: Customer Segmentation.


To support its indirect sales, Tinyclues is recruiting a switched-on, intuitive and ambitious Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will:

  1. Increase the number of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) consulting partners that would promote Tinyclues as an additional use cases on top of Google's Customer Data Platforms.
  2. With the help of your consulting partners, support and manage the sales cycle (from first call to contract signature) of sourced leads and identified Google Cloud clients

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing comprehensive GTM plans with GCP consulting partners, which manifest in quality net-new business pipeline
  • Managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to deal close, in collaboration with our consulting partners
  • Advancing differentiated value propositions and specialism with key strategic partners, and articulating that story internally at Tinyclues and with our consulting partner organisations, and ultimately evangelising the story in the market
  • Ensuring partnership accountability
  • Reviewing sales play metrics and effectiveness on a recurring basis with consulting partners and Tinyclues leadership. Maintain CRM reporting and dashboards that communicate to leadership the effectiveness of GTM sales plays with our consulting partners.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other Tinyclues departments and divisions, including Product, Marketing, Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Sales or Partnerships experience in a modern cloud technology company/agency/consultancy experience is a plus.
  • Interest about the data cloud, agency and marketing services ecosystem. Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation, and professional services organization key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable sourced pipeline and influenced revenue results. A strong appetite for execution and exceeding targets and results.
  • Fluent in English + Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments.
