UX/UI Product Designer (H/F)

Come work on next innovation to ease the communication between people! As a Product Designer, your main missions are:

• Define a product identity for SYSTRAN products
• Define design guidelines in order for our developers (and other department stakeholders) to provide a consistent, best-in-class
• Experience between all customer touchpoints (web service, apps, add-ins, browser extensions)
• Help differentiate and identify SYSTRAN with specific visuals, illustrations
• Adapt our iconography and user interactions considering emotional design
• Create and maintain our Design System
• Maximize user experience to create UI handoff in order to ease integration for our developers
• Help organize and participate in our user discovery

You will:

• Develop empathy with our users in order to better identify their pain, needs, and desire to develop the best appropriate solution.
• Participate and lead user research and test assumptions in order to iterate and find the best appropriate design solutions to our users' problematics
• Lead design projects and create multiple concepts and prototypes to help reach our outcomes
• Iterate on ideas taking into account user experience to quickly validate hypotheses in order to implement the solution that is most likely to meet our user's needs
• Be the guardian of the design and help review and validate developers' implementation

Requirements

You are:

• a product designer with at least 5 years of experience, with solid UX thinking and UI design
• skills knowing how to simplify complex concepts in order to optimize the user experience
• a good communicator who knows how to lead ideation, design concepts, and helps reach strategic intents.
• constantly looking to validate your design through user feedback using adequate inputs at your hand (user research, data, tests)
• the trusted partner of our developers and products managers actively involved in building our Product journey
• an agile amp; pragmatic contributor who can adapt and choose between fast and well when needed
