Customer Services Associate required who are French and Flemish speaking.
Working either in the France, Belgium or UK office on a permanent contract. Require pre-settlement status or right to work in the UK/Germany/ France

The key responsibilities of the Customer Services Associate are to:
- Ensure all timelines and deadlines are adhered to
- Ensure all customer communication expectations are met
- Maximise stock utilisation
- Be the first point of contact for the customer and be the voice of the customer in Corin
- Enter and audit orders in a timely and right first-time manner
- Order acknowledgements
- Manage, update and maintain master customer information with accuracy
- Own and manage the customer services SOP's
- Ensure Customer Services KPI's are met to ensure the best customer experience
- Provide quotes
- Deal with new customer enquiries and account set up paperwork
- Manage customer rebates
- Support with internal and external audits where required
- Manage order book
- Maintain all communication relating to and driven by the order book.
- Demand review representation and responsibilities
- Customer master management amp; maintenance
- Own and manage the customer communication SOP's
- Own and manage the customer communication matrix
- Conduct weekly calls with key customer accounts
- Communicate and manage delivery date changes
- Assist with development and deployment operational customer centric metrics related to delivery, timely order management and customer satisfaction
- Manage obsolescence processes with the customer
- Resolve any customer complaints as and when required
- Conduct monthly/weekly commercial reviews: reporting, reviewing, fulfilment
- Update and maintain customer dates in SAGE
- Adherence to Quality Management system (QMS) requirements in line Corin's 15013485 QMS amp; Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820
Requirements
The ideal Customer Services Associate will have / be:
- Native speaking in French, Germany and in English
- Excellent verbal amp; written communication skills
- Communication to all levels within the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook amp; Word
- Good team player
- Strong process and customer centric attitude and behaviours.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Supply Chain Management experience and background.
- Flexible in approach and dealing with conflicting priorities
- Change champion
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally.
- Very high attention to details with high levels of accuracy.
